The Seniors had a great match against Pitlochry Golf Club played in the best of spirits.
A gentle Breeze accompanied us all the way round (actually it blew a Hoolie!!!).
The course is in tremendous condition and big shout out to Scott and his team for all the work they do. Many complements from our opponents as I believe their course is struggling this year.
Again as always Peter and all of the staff did a wonderful job with the catering, our opponents were delighted with the meals.
Strathmore unfortunately lost 31/2 to 11/2, with 3 matches lost and 3 matches halved.
These are wonderful opportunities for us to meet and play a friendly competition against other local clubs, so please sign up for these. Also PLEASE PLEASE if you do sign up for the competition then write it in your diary along with the date and Time. It is a big job to coordinate these and a little help from the players will go a long way to helping make that job easier. (we don't want Fred to lose all his hair).
