25th Nov Results and Important Info

 Hello everyone, a couple of things.

1    Please make sure you sign up for the Turkey Trot on the 16th Dec info to follow.

2    Your Handicap for playing the winter course will be published along with your name on the draw. Only your winter handicap 

3    PLEASE, PLEASE make sure you fill out your card correctly, and have it checked by your fellow marker. Put your score in the score column NOT NOT NOT the marker column. Also ensure your addition and scoring is correct as I am going to start to DQ for wrong scores.

 Hello Everyone,

Here are the results for the 11th November.

PLEASE remember that all scorecards must be filled out correctly, this includes your NAME and date and handicap. Any scorecard not filled out correctly and scores entered wrongly will be DQ'd.

Information regarding the Winter League and Knockouts

 Hello everyone,

We are well into November and the weather has certainly been kind to us so far, the Winter League and the Knockouts are underway and I am collating everything as we go through this winter season.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT IS £1 ENTRY TO ALL EVENTS PER PERSON.

I have collected a fair amount of the fees so far but there are a few missing!

If you haven't paid your fees for either the winter league or the knockouts then please do so by the 21st November. Failure to do so will mean that you will forfeit your place in the knockouts.

The knockout draws are completed and I will be putting the draw sheets up on the board this Friday 19th November. You have all received notification of your first round draw, for both the singles and the doubles.

Please note that all winter competitions including the knockouts are based on your WINTER HANDICAP WHICH IS 75% OF YOUR SUMMER ONE. If you are in doubt of your handicap contact Mike for clarification.

Please remember that bunkers are out of play for the winter season and that you get preferred lies through to the green.

IF YOU ARE TAKING RELIEF FROM THE BUNKER YOU MUST DROP YOUR BALL AT A POINT NO CLOSER TO THE HOLE (from where the ball came to rest), IRRESPECTIVE OF WHERE YOU WENT INTO THE BUNKER.

I will endeavour to have the updated handicap sheet available on a Monday for the upcoming week.

Please, Please ensure that no matter what competition you are playing you have all the relevant information on there.

This includes;

NAME

DATE

WEEK NUMBER

HANDICAP

Failure to do this will result in a DQ
