Good Afternoon Everyone

Hello Everybody,
Just thought I would drop a note on here to see how everyone is doing.
I hope you are all getting through this self isolation without to many problems, and that you are all healthy and avoiding the dreaded lurgy.
I would also like to bring to your attention that I have set up an email for the Strathmore Seniors, through this in the future you can sign up for a competition or if you wish to pull your name from a draw;

I hope that you can use this and maybe it will ease the burden on signing up.
Please feel free to drop me a note about how you are all doing and what you are doing to pass the time and maintain your golf fitness!!!!!!

Personally I have dusted off my bike, blown up the tires and have taken to the very very quiet roads.
I know that our Captain is walking to all the places that he wishes he could go golf at.
So please drop me a note and I will keep things posted on the blog.

Results for Seniors 19th March

This was the final day of winter play for the Seniors and 23 played on a lovely day with little or no wind.
It was great to see the camaraderie and social aspect of our great club in these trying times.
The course is in great shape and Kudos to Scott and his team for a great job.
A big thank you to the staff in the clubhouse as well for keeping a smile and looking after us during this time.
Norman is sending out a note about all of the precautions that we are doing to ensure your safety as much as we can.
Thank you to all the members for keeping the spirits up and carrying on.

2nd was Ally Low  with 37 points .
3rd was Ian Mcleod with 36 points.
There were other 36 pointers but lost on count back.

Can I take this opportunely to advise all players that it would be wise to get to the clubhouse at least 20 minutes before your tee times as very often the previous players to your time may go off early because of drop outs. You would then not be left out of the group you would have been playing with.

I hope Those Who Appear To Complain Will Take Note.
