Match result v Royal Perth (H) 10th June
The points were evenly shared 3 -3 in this hard fought match on what was a bright and blustery day.
Perth, on their 'home away from home' gave us a tough fight with a team, like that of Strathmore, required to call on several players at short notice to make up the round dozen for what was a very enjoyable match. Thank you to those who heeded the call on both sides.
Compliments are extended to the greenkeeper and his team for the condition of the course and the club house staff for the splendid meal served up after the match, both of which were essential in making the day an all round success.

WHITE TEES - MEDAL FORMAT
ENTRY FEE - 50p
SWEEP GBP1.00
Results:
On a beautiful day with hardly a breeze in the air and the greens in excellent condition only a handful of players played to anywhere near their handicaps.
Graeme Hunter walked away with the medal with a net 68 with Sandy Robertson second on a count back with Lee Bushby (both 73).
Ian Ellvers took the 2nd division title.
With a late adjustment to numbers we had a 4 ball at the tail of the competition. This will not happen again as the time taken was excessive and affected others on the course.
