Whitewash at Monifeith
In benign conditions Monifieth is difficult enough but a combination of a very strong home side, hard, lightning fast greens and winds gusting to gale force was too tall an order to overcome. Most matches were kept alive upto the last 3 or 4 holes but in the end we succumbed to our worst result for the season 0 - 6. We look forward to hosting the return match with Grange in early September when, hopefully we will have the upper hand.

Missing Golfers for Matches
YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU.
We have a match on Tuesday away to Grange ( Monifieth) but are still in need of one golfer to make up the team. Surely there are some of you out there who would appreciate playing a different course at no cost other than the cost of your meal!!.
If you are at the course over the weekend, put your name down. If someone beats you to it, put your name down as a reserve and I will let you know by Monday evening if you are playing or not.

Tanked at Arbroath
On what was a beautiful day at the seaside our senior golfers showed once again that like fine wine we need time to settle. Needless to say the home team were not accomodating in this area as the 4.5/1.5 result in their favour reflects. Despite the result, it was a great day

Victory at Home v Murrayshall
Tuesday 6th of May 2008
A convincing display by all members of the seniors team on our home course resulted in a 5 - 1 victory over our guests Murrayshall.
Well done to all who played and here's hoping we can carry this form into our away match with Arbroath a week on Friday.
